Who we are
Quantum Salon is a business name of Aggie Branczyk Enterprises Inc. In this policy, “Quantum Salon,” “we,” and “us” refer to Aggie Branczyk Enterprises Inc.
Information we collect
When you join a waitlist, we collect your name and email address. If you choose to provide them, we also collect your course interests, professional background, research area, location or time zone, possible funding sources, and budget range. Our website may also receive basic technical information needed to operate securely, such as your IP address and request metadata. We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate website use.
How we use your information
We use waitlist information to administer the waitlist, send confirmation and course-related emails, understand which learning opportunities would be useful, develop course content and formats, prevent abuse, and maintain the security of our services. Joining the course waitlist does not subscribe you to a general marketing newsletter.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate the waitlist, including Supabase for data storage, Resend for transactional email, Netlify for website hosting, and Plausible for privacy-focused website analytics. These providers process information on our behalf and may process data outside your country.
Retention and security
We retain waitlist information while we develop and offer relevant courses, or until you ask us to delete it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your waitlist information, or withdraw from course-related emails, at any time. Every course email will explain how to opt out, and you may also contact us directly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
